They are so friendly, and explain things very well. I enjoy going to this store. They take very good care of your devices, and get them done as soon as possible! I 10/10 recommend going here to get your devices fixed!

They are so friendly , always trying to help you with a smile. Since I am not a computer guru I need them very often , and each time I go even when they are extremely busy , they find the time to help me and that means they care about the customers.
Kameron and Justin are the the best , it is hard to find business people like them.
And the other members of the team that work there are very nice too , with a smile to greet you as you walk in.

Just received the custom (art chiller) mechanical RGB keyboard I purchased from eBay. This keyboard is simple amazing, from the aesthetic looks to the natural feel. You can tell the technicians spent the right amount of time building this work of art. The RGB looks amazing, btw. I also received the keyboard a little earlier than expected. I HIGHLY recommend this company. GREAT JOB all around. Thanks so much.

Went right in with my computer and asked about my problem. Brought it in, and they got to the diagnostic real fast and was ready to pick up real fast. Would recommend if you need any tech help!

We got a new keyboard for our laptop thinking we could install it ourselves, but of course we couldn’t. So we walked in to DeviceDocs and I believe it was Justin who helped us.. He was very knowledgeable and quickly put it on for us. Our laptop is old, and he was checking things on the ram(?) and told us how a new hard would speed things up. He held up a hard drive and said ours was probably like it. A young man who was behind the counter working on a device came over with the new type of hard drive and Justin showed it to us. Nice teamwork! No pressure–just showing us! Justin did not charge us for installing the keyboard and of course if we got a new hard drive, that’s where we would go! We will certainly recommend Device Docs to our family and friends!
